Sarah is a long time fitness fanatic with a particular passion for climbing mountains. Until recently Sarah was working 70 hours a week in the world of academia but after her son was born, she realised she wanted to get out from behind a desk and start living life to the full.
She chased a secret dream of fitness coaching and is now fulfilling her desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. She loves nothing more than watching people transform in both mind and body as they become fitter and stronger.
